1.1 All authors and co-authors must inform their respective Department Head/Principal/Guide about their paper submission to TSRD conferences.
1.2 TSRD accepts each paper for conference presentation only after review by two internal or external TSRD reviewers.
1.3 TSRD never publishes any unregistered paper.
1.4 TSRD is not responsible for identifying the original author or co-author of the paper. The person who submits the paper will be considered the original author.
1.5 If TSRD receives a complaint regarding the originality of a paper and the complaint is verified, the paper will be suspended from publication immediately.

2. Attending TSRD International Conferences2. การเข้าร่วมการประชุมนานาชาติของ TSRD
2.1 All participants must register in advance by paying the specified registration fee as listed on the website.
2.2 The organizer reserves the right to change the venue and date of the conference at any time. Any such changes will be communicated to the delegates via their registered email ID.
2.3 TSRD will not be responsible for any financial losses (e.g., travel or accommodation cancellations) in case the format changes (e.g., from physical to virtual) or the date/venue is rescheduled.
2.4 If the author decides to cancel their participation, no refund will be provided.
2.5 TSRD reserves the right not to refund any money to registered participants or co-authors who have accepted the publication or certificate, regardless of whether they attended the event.
2.6 If the main author cannot attend the conference, the co-author is encouraged to attend. No refunds will be made in such cases.2.1 ผู้เข้าร่วมทุกท่านต้องลงทะเบียนล่วงหน้าและชำระค่าลงทะเบียนตามอัตราที่ระบุไว้บนเว็บไซต์

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy3. นโยบายการยกเลิกและการคืนเงิน
3.1 Cancellations will be accepted only if the registrant/participant has not received the official invitation letter. Once received, the refund is not applicable.
3.2 A full refund is possible only if the refund request is made at least 70 days prior to the conference date, and the cancellation form is submitted at least 60 days before the event.
3.3 No refunds will be provided if cancellation is requested within 30 days of the conference. Instead, a credit will be provided, valid for one year from the date of registration.
3.4 Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the conference are eligible for a 50% refund.
3.5 If registration is completed less than 30 days before the conference, no refund is applicable, but a conference switch option will be available within one year.
3.6 In case a participant cannot attend for personal reasons, the registration fee will not be refunded, but will be credited toward future events within a year.
3.7 If the conference is in hybrid format, TSRD reserves the right to shift between physical and virtual formats. No refund will be made based on format changes.
3.8 Virtual Participation registrations are non-refundable.
3.9 If the registrant fails to submit the registration form within 7 days from the date of registration, the registration will be considered invalid, and a refund will not be applicable.3.1 การยกเลิกจะได้รับการพิจารณาเฉพาะกรณีที่ผู้ลงทะเบียนยังไม่ได้รับหนังสือเชิญอย่างเป็นทางการ หากได้รับแล้วจะไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้

4.1 TSRD does not manage or take responsibility for participants' travel arrangements, including flights, local transportation, or accommodation.
4.2 Any costs incurred due to changes in the conference schedule or format (including cancellations or venue changes) are the participant's responsibility.

5.1 Paid registrations may be transferred to another individual from the same organization if the original registrant is unable to attend. The registration form must be submitted for this purpose.
5.2 The transfer must be made in writing by the original registrant to contact@tsrdthailand.com with reference to the initial registration and cardholder's signature.
5.3 All registration details will be transferred to the new participant unless otherwise specified.
5.4 Registration transfers are also allowed between TSRD conferences if the original registrant cannot attend the initially registered event.

6.1 TSRD will not contact embassies or consulates on behalf of participants. All visa and travel responsibilities lie solely with the attendee.
6.2 In case of visa denial, the registration fee will not be refunded, and it does not fall under the cancellation policy.
6.3 Participants who register close to or after the registration deadline will be considered for virtual participation only and will also be eligible for one additional conference participation based on their registration category.6.1 TSRD จะไม่ติดต่อสถานทูตหรือสถานกงสุลแทนผู้เข้าร่วม โดยความรับผิดชอบด้านวีซ่าและการเดินทางทั้งหมดเป็นของผู้เข้าร่วมแต่เพียงผู้เดียว

7. To Be Noted7. ข้อควรทราบ
7.1 All registration cancellations or modifications must be communicated via email to contact@tsrdthailand.com.
7.2 All participants are expected to review and acknowledge these terms before completing their registration.
7.3 TSRD does not initiate any auto-debit transactions. All payments are made voluntarily by the registrant after reviewing these rules.
7.4 After completing the payment, participants must submit the conference registration form within 7 days from the date of registration. The form is available on the respective event page. Without submitting the form, participation will not be confirmed.
7.5 Do not book travel arrangements until you receive the official conference program, which will be sent via email 15 days before the event.7.1 การยกเลิกหรือแก้ไขข้อมูลการลงทะเบียนทั้งหมดต้องแจ้งผ่านอีเมล contact@tsrdthailand.com
